This is a lifetime pass for U.S. citizens or permanent residents.
It can only be obtained in-person at the park.
Access Pass - permits state residents with permanent disabilities free access to NYS Parks.
Golden Park Program - residents age 62 and over receive free vehicle entrance on non-holiday weekdays.

Suffolk County Parks:
Green Key Card Fees: Senior Citizen (60 years and over) and Handicap Green Key - $9.00
Suffolk County residents/property owners must provide two forms of proof of residency at the park. It is is valid for three years. It is required to access automated/Internet golf & camping reservation system and insures reduced fees for park activities.
