Suffolk County residents aged 60 and older are eligible for this free legal program which provides legal advice, assists with Medicaid applications, food stamps, guidance on housing matters, and will attend hearings on Medicare, Medicaid and SSI. No immigration matters, matrimonial, estate planning, or bankruptcy is handled. Donations are accepted.
