HIICAP (Health Insurance, Information, Counseling and Assistance) is a federally-funded program, and a sponsored service project of RSVP (Retired Senior Volunteer Program) funded by the Suffolk County Office for the Aging. Trained counselors offer free and accurate information counseling and assistance with Medicare and private health insurance.
